For each person there is a therapy. There is no medicine that works for everyone! In every tradition that is adequate to the human knowable it is put emphasis on the subjectivity of each individual. What works is commitment and dedication to wanting to change.


Psychological therapy

Consultation of verbal listening. This tool through expert emphatic and analytical listening allows the client to analyze shed light on the issues of interest. Through the word and the act of verbalizing, giving voice to the unexpressed, it is possible to correct, where necessary, the attitudes of thought that do not facilitate well-being.

How does it work?

Once the first 25-minute cognitive interview has been completed, and you have filled out the questionnaire (to make your first interview, click here), together we will decide the frequency of the sessions. There are three options: weekly, twice a week or every two weeks. The maximum total of psychological interventions is ten. The purpose of the therapy is to make the client free and independent and to gain a basic confidence in the management of his problems. The interviews last fifty minutes and are performed by voice via telephone messaging or video conference devices, as deemed most suitable by the client and the therapist. Interviews can be kept anonymous if necessary, and are kept strictly secret. For this you will be asked to install a privacy protection device on your phone or internet.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Mindfulness sessions are decided by mutual agreement based on the problem of dealing with. If the client does not have particular problems, it is possible to base the therapy mainly on the minduflness sessions. During these sessions lasting 50 minutes it will be possible to practice some simple exercises to sharpen awareness and establish a practice of Mindfulness.

Retreats

Depending on the availability of physical movement of the client it is possible to participate in the classes and retreats offered by siamomindfulness.com. There are different ways to participate. Retreats include yoga classes, meditation and silent retreats in places of particular serenity and naturalness. The courses are conducted by Dr. Salerno, and sometimes in co-operation with other professionals.

PAYMENT and NORMS

Please send an email to find out about prices for individual sessions. We will answer you with your personalised program.

Costs do not include VAT and are the same for a psychological session and mindfulness. Together with the client it is possible to identify whether the therapy will be more directed towards a deep psychological investigation or for the purpose of mindfulness. Once the number of sessions has been decided, it is possible to pay online directly. It is possible to move the date session up to 48 hours before the appointment, in which case it will be reimbursed. It is necessary to enter the therapy to complete an orientation test and a questionnaire. Personal data and information are kept strictly secret and private according to regulations.

REDUCTIONS AND FINANCING

We offer discounted rates and installments for young people, unemployed and new mothers. To request a loan, send an email with the subject "request for funding".
