Right now focused on the pressure of your right toe on the floor. Stay focused on the sensations you perceive, instantaneous. What do you perceive? Are there any particular feelings? What do you feel in the rest of your body? Try this short and easy technique several times a day, while you're working, talking on the phone, or just while you're drinking coffee with a friend.
